About the Role MediaGo is seeking a Team Lead to drive revenue growth in the U.S. programmatic advertising market. You will lead sales operations, identify new business opportunities, develop and execute growth strategies, manage a high-performing team, and provide data-driven insights to support business development and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a results-driven, hands-on leader who can combine market insight with effective execution to strengthen MediaGo’s presence in the U.S. market.
Job Responsibilities
Lead sales operations in the U.S. market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the programmatic advertising industry, including new client acquisition, partnership development, and strategic account growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies, guiding the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Conduct market research and analyze U.S. market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging business models to provide data-driven support for business development strategies and decision-making.
Deliver compelling presentations to clients and partners, clearly communicating the value of the company’s services and solutions.
Provide regular updates to senior management on business performance, team progress, and achievement of revenue targets.
Responsible for the revenue growth of the US market; directly manage the US team, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and support functions, by setting goals, monitoring performance, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the programmatic advertising industry.
At least 5 years of proven experience in sales team management, self-driven and with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets and building robust relationships with clients and partners.
Experience working with ad tech vendors and platforms, direct advertisers, agency trading desks, SSPs, and DSPs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and negotiate effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of leveraging data to drive business decisions.
Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Estimated Base Salary Range: 150k-278k USD
