I am thrilled to announce we have entered into an agreement to acquire Weights & Biases, one of the most important players in the MLOps and LLMOps ecosystem. This acquisition will be a gamechanger for our customers and the AI market at large, solidifying our position as the AI Hyperscaler™, from compute to model management to AI application evaluation and monitoring– creating an end-to-end platform helping to enable the world's leading AI labs and enterprises to build, tune, and deploy AI applications, and bring new innovations to market faster. Weights & Biases is largely considered to be the developer platform of choice for building AI models and applications– trusted by the academic research community, disruptive innovators across industries, and household names such as OpenAI, Meta, NVIDIA, Snowflake, AstraZeneca, Toyota, Canva, Square, and Wayve. It acts as the system of record for training and fine-tuning AI models and developing AI applications with confidence. Whether you’ve been part of the CoreWeave community for years or you’re an existing Weights & Biases customer, this collaboration means more. More resources, more support, more possibilities – without losing any of the features, functionality, or trusted relationships you rely on. Weights & Biases’ customers will also be able to continue deploying workloads wherever they like, be it on-premise or with the infrastructure provider of their choice.
