• mistral init asks what you are building (Workflow, App or Custom) before

the project name. Its heading, and the hints that say how to re-run it, name the command you ran instead of always mistral apps init.

• A command sends its usage event when it finishes, rather than with the next

command you run, and waits at most 3 seconds for it. A cancelled prompt is recorded as cancelled instead of as a success. DO_NOT_TRACK or MISTRAL_TELEMETRY_OPT_OUT still turns usage events off.
