LIVINGSTON, N.J., March 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- CoreWeave, the AI Hyperscaler™, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. CoreWeave has applied to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "CRWV." Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC will serve as joint lead bookrunners for the proposed offering. Barclays, Citigroup, MUFG, Deutsche Bank Securities, Jefferies, Mizuho, Wells Fargo Securities, and BofA Securities will serve as joint bookrunners. Guggenheim Securities, Needham & Company, and Galaxy Digital Partners LLC will serve as co-managers for the proposed offering.
