At Upstage, we’re introducing new ways to help you manage your usage and save. Starting November 4, 2025, you’ll be able to choose from commitment tiers — an optional prepayment system that provides greater flexibility, predictability, and value for teams of all sizes. This new program rewards consistent API usage with bonus credits, automatic rate-limit upgrades, and tier-based support, making it easier than ever to scale with Upstage.

How it works Prepay and use anytime: Add credits upfront and use them flexibly across all Upstage APIs including Solar Pro2, Document Parse, and Information Extract. Automatic service benefits Higher rate limits are automatically applied based on your tier Tier-based support levels, offering deeper technical and account engagement as you move up tiers

Activate directly in console Manage or upgrade your commitment anytime through the Upstage Console . Credits and benefits are applied automatically once activated.

What’s changing (and what’s not) Commitment tiers are fully optional. Your pay-as-you-go plan remains unchanged. Existing accounts (created before November 4, 2025) will retain Legacy rate limits until January 6, 2026. New accounts will follow Commitment-based tiers.
