#400 `92e1fda` Thanks @whoiskatrin! - Improve idle timeout handling for long-running streams over WebSocket transport.

Streams now remain open as long as data is flowing, timing out only after 5 minutes of inactivity.

#450 `75dc1f9` Thanks @scuffi! - Support per-command and per-session timeouts for exec

Timeouts now propagate correctly through the full stack. Per-command timeout on exec() takes priority over session-level commandTimeoutMs set via createSession(), which takes priority over the container-level COMMAND_TIMEOUT_MS environment variable.
