About Us

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.

At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.

About the Department

The Product Management team at Cloudflare steers the strategy, roadmap, and execution that powers a faster, more secure internet. As part of the Zero Trust Security organization, our mission is to redefine corporate networking and security. We build solutions that protect users, devices, and data globally without sacrificing performance, replacing legacy architectures with our modern, identity-aware global network.

About the role

You will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Cloudflare One Browser Extension. You will also work alongside the Digital Experience Monitoring (DEX) and WARP Client teams, heavily influencing their direction and owning selected initiatives as customer needs and business priorities evolve.

This role combines focused ownership with range. You will take an emerging product from early adoption to a scaled enterprise capability, while moving across adjacent Cloudflare One priorities where strong product leadership is needed. More than narrow domain expertise, success requires exceptional problem solving, sound judgment, and the ability to quickly understand and lead in new technical areas. This work will help advance Cloudflare’s long-term position in SASE and SSE.

This is a high-judgment role. Success requires navigating conflicting customer signals, making trade-offs with incomplete information, and building trust across engineering and sales teams—work that demands human context and accountability and cannot be delegated to automation.

Responsibilities

Own Browser Extension: Set the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for Cloudflare One Browser Extension. Grow it into a trusted enterprise product that addresses meaningful browser security and visibility needs, integrates naturally with Cloudflare One, and earns sustained customer adoption.

Shape the Enterprise Client and Digital Experience: Work alongside the WARP Client and DEX teams to improve how customers deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Cloudflare One. Influence product direction, connect customer needs across the browser, device, and network, and own selected initiatives when dedicated leadership will accelerate an important outcome.

Drive Product Strategy: Connect browser, device, and network capabilities into a coherent Cloudflare One experience. Set clear priorities across products at different stages of maturity and adjust ownership as new opportunities emerge.

Talk to Customers: Work directly with enterprise security, networking, and IT teams to understand their most important problems. Translate those needs into focused product decisions without overfitting to individual customer requests.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Support, and adjacent product teams to deliver high-impact products from concept to global launch.

Data-Informed Decision Making: Analyze product usage, reliability, support signals, market trends, and competitive capabilities to identify opportunities, make trade-offs, and measure customer outcomes.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Demonstrated Product Leadership: Experience managing technically complex B2B products through the full product lifecycle, with a record of finding the right problem, setting a clear direction, and shipping products customers value.

AI Fluency: Demonstrated experience using AI assistants, coding tools, and agentic workflows to accelerate product work. You should be comfortable in an AI-native environment where tools like OpenCode are standard infrastructure, not optional perks.

Strategic Problem Solving: Proven track record of quickly understanding unfamiliar problem spaces, turning ambiguous technical challenges into clear plans, and prioritizing the work that will have the greatest impact.

Exceptional Communication: Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

Judgment Under Ambiguity: Proven ability to synthesize incomplete or conflicting signals, make difficult trade-offs, and take accountability for outcomes.

Bonus Points:

Working knowledge of modern browsers and enterprise client software, including deployment, configuration, update lifecycles, telemetry, security controls, and operating-system constraints.

Ability to reason across endpoint, DNS, HTTP, TLS, proxy, VPN, Wi-Fi, ISP, and application layers and turn difficult diagnostic problems into clear product experiences.

Experience with Chromium-based browsers, browser extension APIs, managed browser deployment, or device management platforms.

Experience with Digital Experience Monitoring, endpoint observability, synthetic testing, or network...
