Release notes:

• Fixed add-routes-local safety checks and output:
• skip remote prefixes that overlap the target network's private pools before

the Nebius API rejects them

• sanitize inherited subnet status CIDRs against explicit CIDRs owned by

other subnets before matching route-table targets, to avoid the Nebius inherited-pool display/API status bug

• only treat an existing route as satisfied when the destination CIDR also

points to the expected gateway allocation

• when rerunning without --summarize, prune broader vpngw-* summaries

after the exact desired routes under them are confirmed installed, so the command does not leave both summarized and exact managed routes behind

• report connection-scoped BGP route counts instead of the raw FRR table size
• Added add-routes-local --swap-route-table:
• builds a fresh custom route table per selected subnet
• copies preserved non-vpngw-* routes from the currently attached table
• rebuilds managed VPN routes from the current YAML before cutover
• validates the replacement table before reattaching the subnet
• requires explicit confirmation and writes rollback spec files plus exact

nebius vpc subnet update --file ... rollback commands

• updated live CLI --help text so operators see the validation-before-cutover

• ignores local .nebius-vpngw-rollbacks/ recovery artifacts and trims the

confirmation warning to the traffic-impact/rollback guidance

• Clarified the add-routes-local --summarize documentation in README.md

and doc/design.md with plainer wording and concrete CIDR examples so the exact merge behavior is easier to understand.
