In early March, we announced our exciting decision to enter into an agreement to acquire Weights & Biases—the AI developer platform. We promised a joint mission to expand our footprint and push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI for our customers. Today marks the first step of making good on that commitment. We are thrilled to share that we have completed our acquisition of Weights & Biases. The strategic combination strengthens CoreWeave’s capabilities to power AI innovation by delivering the leading AI Cloud Platform—purpose-built to develop, deploy, and iterate AI faster for the world’s leading AI labs and enterprises. Our customers have asked us to enable them to build and scale faster for the inference era, and this combination enables us to do exactly that. It’s clear to us that CoreWeave and Weights & Biases are a strategic fit. We believe we will be stronger for our teams and our customers—and think this is also an important investment in the future of AI. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: this combination means impact —greater resources, support, and possibilities for the entire CoreWeave community. The acquisition not only expands our customer base; it also provides actionable insight into AI’s highest-impact uses across the industry.
