• 과거 시행본 조회 복구: 법제처 eflaw 검색이 nw 없이 현행본 1건만 돌려주게 바뀌어 as_of(기준일 시행본)·article_history·article_addenda·find_article(as_of)가 모두 현행본으로 답하던 조용한 오류 → nw=1,2,3(연혁·시행예정·현행)을 명시해 연혁 전체(소득세법 시행령 368건)를 다시 읽음. 10/30 주식 양도·상증법 평가 조사 중 발견
