Manufacturing procurement teams match supplier contracts, purchase orders, and invoices to catch charges that don't reflect negotiated terms, and logistics teams reconcile freight invoices and bills of lading against contracted rates across every shipment instead of an audited sample. Businesses have tried to close these gaps before, and most approaches fall short. Manual review is accurate but slow, forcing teams to check a small sample instead of every document. OCR and extraction tools read documents well, but they don't connect what's inside them and need new templates for every form.
